Rumbles reveals Transport Scotland missed green transport targets
North East MSP Mike Rumbles yesterday (Sunday) called on the Scottish Government to get a grip on cutting carbon emissions from transport as new figures revealed Transport Scotland missed their target for cutting their aviation emissions by 34,000 kg/CO2e last year.
