Monymusk Toddlers will be rolling in dough having been awarded £10,000 of Lottery funding.
The Aberdeenshire village community group will use the money for staff funding and venue hire over the coming year.
National Lottery Awards for All Scotland have awarded funding for groups across the country, it has been announced today.
Mr Rumbles said: “It is great to hear this news today. I am pleased our community will be benefiting from such a substantial investment.
“Lottery funding is a great way for community groups such as Monymusk Playgroup and Toddlers to sustain their excellent service. I encourage all local organisations to apply for Lottery funding.
“Scottish Liberal Democrats believe funding our youth and education services are crucial investments for the future. I hope the government will take note.”
